Hello humans at We Animals, here’s some quick info + work of mine to see if it would match with something we could create in 2022 to further show the reality of the invisible animals on this planet.
I am a 29 year old independent director, editor and cinematographer based in Mexico City, working on documentary, plant-based cooking and animal rights projects.
For the past years I’ve been keeping up with the work you all do at We Animals; from the investigations to the Hidden book to participating on the beta testing phase of your new stock site, and I’ve also taken Jo-Anne’s Masterclass to keep expanding my craft. I personally believe that the possibilities of reach and the power that storytelling has on shifting the mindset of people, companies and governments is of utmost importance.
Having said that, I hope we can continue taking it in the right direction.

My first solo documentary, shot on a pocket camera 3 years ago and finished Feb 2021.
From 2018 until today, I’ve had the honor of documenting three different Sea Shepherd missions onboard and making several short films to tell the world about the true problematics of our oceans and the individuals that live in them, and how our decisions affect not only their lives but ours as well.
I was part of the core team at Anonymous For The Voiceless for two years, filming several campaigns in NYC, Melbourne and Perth, editing +250 video pieces and creating online multimedia remotely for the past year and a half.
My position was part time and my chapter with them just finished some weeks ago (September 2021).
This other project takes up part of my time currently and will continue to do so for the following months.
